Very good amp, even exceeds my expectations especially in terms of sound, it's something else compared to my Marshall Code... I couldn't say if the simulations sound like the models they simulate but in any case the sounds are very good even on headphones. Fewer amps than in a Line 6 Spider but I manage to get a Metallica sound by boosting the Mesa Boogie sim with my Bad Monkey or Foo Fighters and AC/DC with the "Boutique OD" preset which I don't know what amp it models. You can play in an apartment despite its 50W thanks to the power adjuster from 0 to 50W, personally I use it at 25W and it works very well! That's all I think I've said. PS: it is said on the site that the "Jam Vox III" software is included but I didn't get it unless I lost it without noticing... The +: - Very good sound qualities (notably thanks to the Celestion 12'' speaker - Effect quality much better than on my Marshall Code 25 - Takes pedals very well (Digitech Bad Monkey, Boss SD-1, Vox Wah...) - Easy to use - Power adjustment from 0 to 50 W The -: - No control of the Mids, but that's the case on many amps unfortunately - Not enough clean sounds to my taste (there are only 3 out of the 11 simulations) - Design (I much prefer the classic design of the VT for example) Buttons on the top but that's personal!... Amplifier meets expectations. Sound is top-notch. The Level Volume is very precise and useful for social interactions. Connection via Windows 10 to the Vox tone room software is quick (no installation issues) and it's honestly necessary for precise effect adjustments, with the knobs it's just approximate. However, note that the headphone connection is via a 3.5mm jack, so plan for an adapter if using 6.35mm headphones. The user manual is confusing and minimalistic, but who reads it anyway? Woodbrass was very fast with shipping but the GLS carrier still doesn't know how to manage parcel tracking.

After 1 week of use very happy with this little amp. The deluxe cl and the ac30 are by far my favorites with beautiful bass frequencies and this saturation that seems quite natural. Bravo vox Thank you woodbrass delivery impeccable

Perfect for home and rehearsals, simple to use, lightweight. Its sound is perfect for me with a more than sufficient choice, haven't tried the toneroom yet

The new kid of 2020 for the Vox brand. It is a very nice little Swiss army knife. It offers a simple but effective choice of amps. Personally, I quickly settled on the Deluxe CL and the Vox AC which are good simulations. The effects are decent except maybe the Chorus which in my opinion is too thick and a bit coarse. This amp has the advantage of being able to play in an apartment at low volume thanks to its "Powerlevel" potentiometer but also in small rehearsals or small but very small concerts where it will need to be miked. I didn't give 4 or 5 stars because the amp buzzes (slight hiss) a bit like most transistors despite its superb tube simulation technology (nutube) very effective, I think Vox could have done a little better. However, let's not forget that this is an amp under 400 euros and it remains a very good value for money for small budgets I recommend! Max... (Show more)

Convincing sound and very attractive price but suffers from a construction that seems very fragile, the on/off button does not inspire confidence at all, the external transformer is just horrible, of poor quality and drags miserably behind the amp. The Tone Room software is disconcertingly bad, impossible to save my presets and rename them, it bugs all the time and I still have a recent phone. For an amp supposedly made for recording, the only way to output to an audio interface is via the mini jack headphone output whose quality leaves much to be desired. In short, a cheap amp that sounds good, is not complicated in terms of settings but suffers from many flaws.
