Recently purchased to play outdoors without electricity. For info, I love the tube sound of my Pedalboard thanks to my Blackstar HT Dual with its direct emulator output to the PA. It's obviously not comparable, but I was surprised to find the tube grain on this EKO Baio thanks to the different IRs and Preamps offered. You can find the desired sound by tinkering a bit. Its size as well as the fact that it is rechargeable with a 6-hour autonomy were decisive assets at the time of purchase. In good French who practices the "at the same time" I find that its size is also its main drawback! Especially the distance between the 3 switches, you tend to press 2 at the same time. But well, considering all its assets, there's no contest, it's great, I love the mini format, the sound, the autonomy, the choice of very realistic IRs and preamps. I like the mini format less(!) and maybe the fact that it lacks a compressor. The modulations and delay sound very good. I'm less a fan of the Reverb except from 12 o'clock to full but with a minimum setting I don't like how it responds, maybe others will like it. Unbeatable value for money. It could maybe become a new standard like the Rockman back in the day! Especially for its practical side.
