the product itself is very good. however, the woodbrass services are almost non-existent, impossible to reach them by phone. I placed an order on 01/04/21. nothing for 4 weeks. so I sent a complaint email, an email to which I received no response but which triggered the shipment of the item. What are they waiting for to send it? why no explanation? not a very serious service...

Very satisfied with this purchase. Sounds better than a tube amp at low volume for apartment use. The pluses: its look, its effects loop that handles my full pedalboard well, and its tuner added with the reverb. Simple settings. Nothing to say for this price

A great amp with very clear sound and excellent dynamics, one of the best transistor amps without modeling, if not the best in this power range. Perfect for blues and rock. The distortion is very good and covers all styles, even metal if not too demanding.

So I'm not an expert in amps, but the sound is pretty good, especially compared to my Line 6 Spider... The sound is good without being exceptional (maybe due to my guitar), very nice look, no useless effects like most combos of the same type. Good for 70's rock/hard and a bit of 80's metal but it's still a bit expensive I think so -1 star for the price. The +: The sound, its vintage look, easy to adjust. The -: The price, maybe a bit lacking in bass
