The iconic silhouette that inspired the design of the ST300 needs no introduction: the characteristic double cutaway ensures excellent access to the upper frets, combined with three single-coil pickups, a well-known bridge/vibrato unit, and a vintage-style aged pickguard. This classic configuration has been adopted by the Italian manufacturer Eko to create the ST300 as an attractive and ergonomic guitar with a retro look, and above all, highly versatile for beginner guitarists.

Despite its very affordable price, the craftsmanship of the ST300 has been given great attention to offer beginner guitarists an attractive and well-finished instrument. The body, made from poplar to provide good durability, is enhanced by a gloss finish. The 4-bolt maple neck, sturdy and comfortable, is topped with a laurel fingerboard that adds smoothness and stability to the bright snap of the maple.
A versatile setup.
On the electronics side, the ST300 is equipped with 3 single-coil pickups in the well-known arrangement, highly appreciated for their versatility. They perform very well on clean tones and light overdrive, and can also be quite biting when paired with powerful distortion. The 5-position selector switch expands the tonal palette offered by the instrument, with three positions (neck, middle, and bridge) each associated with one of the three pickups delivering clear and powerful sounds, and two intermediate positions wired in parallel to achieve scooped and smooth tones. The vibrato unit features individually adjustable saddles to best set the action and intonation of each string, along with a classic vibrato arm to add some character to your playing!
