The new JR2 folk guitar is the new "compact" guitar model inspired by the features of our famous FG series. Its case 1/2 offers a sound that is truly authentic. Instrument of all your travels, the new JR2 will quickly become indispensable. With its spruce top and mahogany back and sides, the new JR2 comes with a cover.

Very good quality of finish and sound. Slightly better than the JR1 (due to the mahogany, a bit more projection and echo) but still very close. A very good guitar with a great case, all delivered in a very neat packaging, made with care and attention. Bravo Yamaha, I'm not convinced about the piano (far preferring Roland) but for guitar it's the best for me!
