It's the evolution of the synth
Stemming from the lineage of its predecessor, the MiniBrute 2 is an adaptable and dynamic synth with a semi-modular architecture and enormous connectivity.
Since the earliest electronic instruments, synthesizers have expanded and enhanced the possibilities available to musicians. We decided to apply this mantra not only to the sound of our new instrument, but to the synthesizer itself. The MiniBrute 2 was born! A synthesizer that would sound huge while being compact, self-contained and versatile. An instrument that would be both complete and scalable. The MiniBrute 2 smashes convention in sound, functionality, and preconceptions of what a synth should be.
A little beast with a powerful voice
The MiniBrute 2 has nothing to hide. Take a look at its front side, make yourself known. You'll notice the now-iconic Brute oscillators, acid Steiner-Parker filter, and chaos-inducing Brute Factor knob that has become the signature Arturia synth element for many fans. Looking a little deeper, beyond the usual modulation sources and controls, you'll notice some interesting and unexpected features: a second VCO; a second LFO; new possibilities of VCO and Filter frequency modulation; modifier bound modulation destinations; a brand new loopable AD envelope. Once tamed, this little beast will reveal the full range of its vocalizations, including raging leads and piercing sequences, as well as smooth pads and purring basses. The hour is near, the moon is full and the MiniBrute 2 is ready to howl.
