Revisited monodic analog electronics. The monologue integrates monodic analog synthesis circuits inspired by those of the minilogue. But that does not mean that the monologue is only the monodic replica of the minilogue. It's a really powerful machine, with a new envelope section, modulation routing, and an efficient filter.
It consists of 2 VCO, 1 VCE, 1 EG, 1 VCA and 1 LFO. In addition to the minilogue circuits (such as changing the waveforms that induce the harmonics of the oscillator and a sync / ring switch), there is a bipolar filter that delivers an aggressive sound. Added to this is saturation, which increases the harmonics and distortion of the sound, allowing you to create intense bass and punchy treble as much as you want. The value of the LFO can be adjusted to an extreme speed, hitherto unknown, to produce spatial tones, or it can be switched to one-shot mode to transform itself into a kind of additional envelope.
Fully programmable. With around 100 presets, the monologue surpasses analog synthesizers in its price range. Just choose a program to instantly get amazing sounds: deep bass, scintillating treble, and even percussive footage. You don't need to have a solid knowledge of sound synthesis: select a sound and modify it as you wish, a procedure that today's musicians appreciate. The integrated programs include 80 presets and sequences designed by artists from around the world, including the famous electronic music composer Aphex Twin, in addition to the 20 user locations for storing personal sounds.
