With its 76 keys, the MODX7+ is a compact, yet portable music synthesizer, specially designed for keyboardists who want to achieve multi-layered, dynamic sounds - to stand out on every stage, studio, or stream.
MODX7+ uses the same powerful technologies as its big brother MONTAGE, which it made famous under the name of Motion Control Synthesis. The MODX7+ creates its sounds using two synthesis engines: the sample-based AWM2 (Advanced Wave Memory 2) synthesis engine and the FM-X (Frequency Modulation) synthesis engine, which can be used at will and in parallel. The result is outstanding sound quality and complex sound design that is further enhanced by additional features.
Smart Morph, for example, allows morphing between FM-X sounds, creating a variety of new and interactive sounds. Motion Control allows up to 128 parameters to be controlled simultaneously - either automatically or manually with the Super Knob.
