The musical journey of the legend Greg Koch is one of the most diverse and varied, mixing tons of guitars and pickups that are very different from each other. With major successes such as the Gristle-Tone Telecaster® and P90 signature pickups, it was no surprise that Greg wanted to contribute to the Fluence community.
Unlike the Gristle-Tone for Telecaster and P90, the Fishman Fluence Greg Koch Single Width set offers a modern approach with a wide range of sounds from clean to high gain. Voice 1, crystalline and very open, takes us towards punchy mids with voice 2, while maintaining optimal control of the sound spectrum as desired by Greg Koch.
Voice 1: The sound of 80s and 90s Stratocasters, a wideband Hi-Fi sound, with more dynamics and versatility.
Voice 2: Adds an adjustable boost on the mids to bring a thicker tone on Lead parts. Pull the tone control for a fat and uncompromising boost.
