The new Tone Hammer preamp features the same iconic TH circuit in a lighter, more compact format, with the addition of a headphone output, an auxiliary input, a redesigned Drive control (activatable via footswitch), and a new design echoing the aesthetics of the TH500/700 V2 heads.

It offers fully adjustable mid frequencies, in addition to bass and treble controls. Thanks to the quality of its DI output, it is perfect for both studio and stage. Optimized for even more flexibility, the updated Drive circuit offers an extended range, allowing for higher gain and a dedicated control to fine-tune the sound alongside the gain control. You can thus switch from modern, clear sounds to vintage tube-typed tones, and everything in between. Its 18-volt power supply provides a large headroom, and with the addition of the headphone output and auxiliary input, it is the ideal companion for practice, touring, or at home.
