The FLY 3 is a compact mini amp with big TONE. Combining two channels, our patented Infinite Shape Feature (ISF) and a ‘tape’ delay, it’s the perfect take-anywhere amp or set of portable speakers when combined with the FLY 103.

The FLY 3 is an innovative, cutting edge 3 watt mini amp which combines two channels, tape delay and the Blackstar patented Infinite Shape Feature (ISF) to create the perfect compact and portable guitar amplifier. It packs a punch with big TONE, even at the lowest volumes.

The ISF allows you to infinitely change the sound of your FLY 3, which gives you endless possibilities on the tone of your amp. The FLY 3 also features tape delay effects, allowing you to make your amp output resonate during play.

The FLY 3 also comes with an MP3 / LINE IN jack built in, allowing you to connect to your MP3 player, mobile phone, laptop, tablet etc. and jam along to your favourite tracks; the Emulated Output jack can also be used with headphones. Capable of being battery powered, you can take the FLY 3 with you wherever you go.

You can combine the FLY 3 with the FLY 103 (sold separately) to create a 6 watt guitar amp setup which creates a stereo effect when playing your guitar or listening to your favourite tunes. Rather than just being focussed on its look and compact size and ultimately sacrificing the quality of sound, the FLY 3’s unique design delivers the same tonal balance and feel of a larger guitar amp even at very low volumes.

Countless hours were spent on the design of the cabinet to achieve to give a sonic performance not normally found in a mini amp. The housing is sealed and tuned to ensure optimum tonal response and the material used has been mathematically modelled to have the Young modulus of wood. This retains the bass response usually associated with a wooden cabinet.

The use of a full range driver eliminates the need of a sub woofer. This has the benefit of removing the requirement for a crossover and the negative sonic impact that can have. The key part of a guitar’s tone occurs in the frequencies that are normally affected by a crossover and for music playback the performance is similar to nearfield monitors.

C'est le meilleur dans la gamme des amplis à piles. Très petit mais costaud... Et les sons sont carrément bleuffants, notamment le son clair et le crunch. Le delay est plutôt intéressant et la saturation poussée à fond n'est pas si mal, compte tenu des seuls petits 3 watts délivrés. C'est simple, je n'utilise plus que le fly pour travailler. En plus, je le trimballe partout, et il me sert d'enceinte pour écouter ma musique mp3. Franchement, pour le prix, c'est un vrai couteau suisse des sons pour guitariste et consommateur de musique sans modération. Pour info, les piles durent très très longtemps. Bref, n'hésitez pas si vous chercher un bon produit pratique, nomade et efficace.... (voir plus)

Surprenant ! Et pratique quand on veut s’entraîner loin des sources d'énergie. Le son est sympa. Bien sur la petitesse de l'engin limite l'émission des basses, mais c'est normal. Ce petit ampli est quand même le bienvenu dans les voyages avec une gratte électrique. Doublé du HP supplémentaire, c'est encore mieux, je recommande.

Alors là...j'avais déjà le cube...petit pour voyager...mais celui est encore plus petit...mais le son clair et saturé sont EXCELLENT... les yeux fermés et si vous faites un cadeaux à un guitariste...le voilà...il vous sera vraiment réconaissant...

Ne vous fiez pas à sa taille! Très bon son, l'ajout du delay est un plus. un peu limite si on cherche de la grosse saturation. Blackstar fait des bons produits et ça s'entend.
